The founders at FAIR SQUARED were working to tackle trade inequality by bringing to market a range of ethically sourced products from around the world.

The Fair Trade movement is a passionate and committed one. This groundbreaking product already had an engaged and loyal audience. Our task was to create and position the brand to give it the start it deserved.
The initial product developed was to become the first Fairtrade condom to be marketed and sold in the UK.





The pack designs were developed to represent the brand ethos of simplicity, practicality and putting purpose first. We looked to support brand awareness by developing and representing a core brand shape.
Sustainability was key when selecting suppliers. Suitable substrates were sourced from Europe to align with the company’s ethical principles.

We created a simple, stripped-back monotone image as the key visual. We positioned this imagery on the front of the pack, and throughout the launch campaign.
This created a consistent visual from launch whether in-store or out-of-home, helping to build brand recognition and awareness as well as a strong visual message.
