The North East’s largest housing provider was in need of a rebrand.

We began our journey with Bernicia with an extensive, and really worthwhile, discovery phase, which included focus groups from both customers and employees and a detailed brand audit.

We knew the new brand identity had to be friendly, approachable, professional and inclusive. 

By removing the outer elements of the original ‘fortified’ design, the doorway created by the ‘n’ of Bernicia, reflects a welcoming, socially inclusive gateway.
